Specialist Quality Assurance & Quality Management 100% (m/f/d)

• Quality assurance with incoming goods inspections on site, planning, coordination and execution of FAIs
• Support and interdisciplinary collaboration with the teams at the production sites in Poland and Hard
• Independent processing and coordination of error reports using 4D or 8D
• Accompanying plant acceptance to ensure flawless handover to the customer
• Analysis of quality indicators as well as initiation and implementation of preventive measures for sustainable error reduction
• Active participation in Supplier Quality Management with independent planning, execution and evaluation of supplier audits as well as deriving and tracking measures
• Participation in the further development of group-wide quality and business assurance processes
• You are a bridge builder in cross-group collaboration for ongoing optimisation of processes and the management system according to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and bring experience from related areas such as occupational safety, health protection and sustainability

• Technical basic training with experience in an industrial environment, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering; knowledge in welding and manufacturing technology is an advantage.
• Proven practical experience in quality assurance, quality and process management (including further training with certificates)
• Knowledge and several years of experience with integrated management systems
• Training and certification as an auditor for both internal and supplier audits
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the successful application of quality tools and methods such as 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and present them simply
• You bring prior knowledge and experience in occupational safety, health protection and/or environmental and sustainability matters
• Proficient in the use of MS Office programmes and ERP systems as well as an affinity for analysing quality indicators
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills (C1)
• A personality with a hands-on but also coaching mentality, reliable, open, honest
• Willingness to travel (in agreement with the team, but not more than 20%, seasonal and project-related)
