In this role, you take on the precise accounting of an extensive real estate portfolio with a focus on residential properties and a small share of commercial properties. You are responsible for correct, transparent posting of all relevant business transactions, thereby ensuring a reliable financial basis for real estate asset management. You apply your professional skills to continuously improve processes and support market-related projects in accounting. Responsibilities:
- You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for property accounting
- In this role, you prepare monthly distributions to investors
- As a property accountant & financial accountant, you manage the liquidity of the co-ownership companies
- You conduct and prepare the monthly dunning run
- In this role, you handle accounting for purchase and sale transactions and prepare VAT returns
- As a property accountant & financial accountant, you process accounts payable and receivable as well as various account reconciliations
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education (KV) or a comparable qualification
- You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience as an accountant in the real estate industry
- You communicate very well orally and in writing in German
- You work in an organised and structured manner
- You have a strong passion for real estate
- You are willing to learn a lot in a short time and take on responsibility
