As part of your activities, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Welcoming and caring for our hotel and day spa guests as well as exclusive members in the Blue Spa
- Accepting reservations from day spa guests and arranging treatment appointments
- Check-in and check-out of our spa guests
- Cash management as well as advising and selling our treatments and products
- Organizing daily business and coordinating the therapist and service team in the Blue Spa
- Very good communication skills and manners
- Winning personality and positive charisma
- Experience in reception and/or sales
- Very good German and English skills
- Interest in the spa and wellness industry
