• Continuous support throughout the entire service process - from damage recording through diagnosis to transparent quotation

• Customer-oriented advice on service and repair solutions that suit both the vehicle and the budget

• Active promotion of apprentices in collaboration with the apprenticeship supervisor

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive specialist, or a comparable technical basic training

• Initial experience in a leadership role - whether in customer service or as a workshop manager

• Confident handling of MS Office and openness to new digital tools

• A good sense of organisation

• A keen ear for customer wishes and the ability to derive the right solution from them

• The personality to motivate and lead a well-coordinated team to top performance by example
