Performance Specialist: Claims Assessment, 100% in KP1
What to expect
- You will process outpatient and inpatient claims in the areas of KVG and VVG.
- You will check and assess benefit entitlements from a legal and medical perspective.
- You will handle cost approvals.
- You will provide information on claims questions orally or in writing.
- Your contacts: insured persons, doctors, hospitals, therapists, as well as employees from other CONCORDIA departments.
What you bring
- You have a basic medical education (in a medical practice, pharmacy, or drugstore), ideally combined with commercial training (business school or from the healthcare sector).
- Or you have completed basic commercial training in the insurance industry or hospital sector.
- Working independently, efficiently, precisely, and flexibly? You feel comfortable with that.
- You have a good grasp of things.
- You appreciate a dynamic, versatile, and service-oriented environment just like we do.
- Your confident German convinces, whether you speak or write.
- Proficient MS Office skills? No problem for you!
