Maintenance and servicing of machines and production facilities to ensure smooth operation
Analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
Participation in the commissioning of new machines and support with conversions and technical optimisations
Documentation of all maintenance and repair measures in the digital maintenance system (e.g. SAP)
Management and procurement of spare parts to ensure rapid repairs
Involvement in technical projects to continuously improve machines and processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as a mechanic, e.g. polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or industrial mechanic
Experience in machine maintenance or servicing is an advantage but not mandatory
Technical understanding and manual dexterity to carry out repairs precisely and efficiently
Willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation) as well as work two Saturdays per month
Flexibility and willingness for on-call duty to respond quickly to urgent repairs
Independent, careful, and reliable working style
Very good German language skills to confidently understand technical documents
