As an Account Manager, you are the central interface between our customers and our engineering team. You understand their needs, provide competent advice, and develop suitable solutions together.

Your tasks as an Account Manager
- You look after existing SME customers and develop long-term relationships on an equal footing.
- You identify new customer needs and develop suitable solutions in collaboration with our engineering team.
- You are responsible for preparing offers and conducting negotiations through to conclusion.
- You advise our customers on their IT infrastructure and find the right solution from our product portfolio.
- You present our cloud solutions, services, and products clearly and convincingly – in person, by phone, or remotely.
- You work closely with internal departments and are the voice of the customer within our company.
What you bring
- You have experience in sales or customer support – preferably in the IT environment (B2B, cloud, infrastructure, digitalisation).
- You understand the language of SMEs and can explain technical contexts simply and clearly.
- You are a communicative and reliable personality with high commitment.
- You convince with confident demeanour, closing strength, and genuine interest in your customers’ challenges.
- You work independently, organised, and with entrepreneurial thinking.
- You enjoy actively shaping customer relationships and unlocking new potential.
- You communicate effortlessly in German and English – both spoken and written.
- You hold a category B driving licence – and enjoy using it for customer visits.
