Your Tasks

• You support the ward manager in professional, personnel and organisational matters.
• You take responsibility in the absence of the ward manager.
• You are present in daily nursing care, support your team professionally and accompany employees as well as trainees.
• You identify development and optimisation potentials and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes.
• You help shape the future of nursing, also in close collaboration with the delivery room.

Our Requirements

• You are a qualified nurse HF/FH (DNII, AKP) with several years of experience in postnatal care.
• You have leadership training or are willing to undertake it.
• You work in a structured way, think holistically and have business management understanding.
• You are resilient, responsible and strong in communication.
• With your appreciative manner, you succeed in leading and inspiring employees, patients and doctors on an equal footing.
