For our client, a modern acute hospital in the canton of Lucerne, we are seeking a committed deputy ward manager for the postnatal ward. With around 800 births annually, this area is essential for regional healthcare provision. If you are both professionally skilled and able to motivate and lead a team, this is the right place for you.
Your Tasks
- You support the ward manager in professional, personnel and organisational matters.
- You take responsibility in the absence of the ward manager.
- You are present in daily nursing care, support your team professionally and accompany employees as well as trainees.
- You identify development and optimisation potentials and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes.
- You help shape the future of nursing, also in close collaboration with the delivery room.
Our Requirements
- You are a qualified nurse HF/FH (DNII, AKP) with several years of experience in postnatal care.
- You have leadership training or are willing to undertake it.
- You work in a structured way, think holistically and have business management understanding.
- You are resilient, responsible and strong in communication.
- With your appreciative manner, you succeed in leading and inspiring employees, patients and doctors on an equal footing.
