On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Medical Device Technologist (M/F/D)

Main tasks:

• Disinfection and sterilisation: Ensure the cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation of medical devices according to current protocols.
• Inspection and quality control: Check the integrity and cleanliness of devices before and after the sterilisation process.
• Equipment management: Prepare, assemble and package medical instruments and equipment for use in a hospital setting.
• Documentation and monitoring: Keep records of sterilisation processes up to date and comply with regulatory standards regarding traceability.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with operating theatre teams to effectively meet their needs.

Profile sought:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a medical device technologist, or having completed the STE1 training (an advantage)
• Proficiency in French (spoken, written and read) – minimum B1 level required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: team spirit, discretion, service orientation and organisation.
• Good physical condition: ability to carry loads and work in a dynamic environment.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Administrative criteria:

• Resident in Switzerland or holder of a valid residence permit (B/C).
• Clean criminal record.

Additional information:

• Availability for varied hours (6:30 am–3:00 pm or 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with possible weekend work).
