HR Manager (German and French fluency)

Our client is an industrial company based on la Côte.

Missions

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies
• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters
• Oversee payroll coordination, time tracking, and benefits administration
• Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
• Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
• Collaborate with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies, legal advisors, training providers)
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
• Drive HR process improvements and contribute to organizational culture and engagement

Profil du candidat

• Proven experience in HR operations, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French and German or Swiss German
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• HR certification or relevant academic background preferred
