Junior Technical Consultant – AI Workplace

This is what gets you up in the morning:

• You accompany companies in the introduction of Microsoft 365 and Copilot – from conception to rollout.
• You develop concepts for collaboration with Microsoft 365 and support customers in their implementation.
• You conduct assessments of the technical readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You implement technical solutions around Copilot agents and help customers integrate AI sensibly and securely into their work processes.
• You design and realise modern intranets based on SharePoint Online.
• You accompany workshops, pilot projects and rollouts and gain practical consulting experience.
• During a structured onboarding, you continuously develop your consulting and technology skills and gradually take on more responsibility in customer projects.

We expect from you:

• Initial practical experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams or comparable collaboration and AI solutions – through professional experience, internships, working student activities or projects during your studies.
• Enthusiasm for technology, AI and the digital workplace of the future.
• Enjoyment in exchanging ideas with customers and a strong service orientation.
• Analytical thinking skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.
• A (technical) university degree or ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Willingness to learn new things and take on responsibility.
• Work location Zurich, Bern or Basel with flexible working models and willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
