About the job
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and create refined dishes in compliance with the establishment's quality standards.
- Master gastronomic cooking techniques, cooking times, sauces, and plating.
- Participate in menu creation prioritising product quality, seasonality, and creativity.
- Master basic pastry techniques.
- Ensure precise, neat, and consistent mise en place and service.
- Participate in stock management and cost control.
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a VIP gastronomic cook
- You enjoy working in a team and learning from others
- You are disciplined, punctual, and seeking stable employment.
- You are proficient in HACCP standards
- We offer you: continuous working hours from Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm
