- You coordinate patient flow and bed capacities and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
- You plan and coordinate surgical procedures and ensure a smooth process together with the involved departments.
- You are an important hub between doctors, nursing staff, operating theatre, anaesthesia, and other specialist areas.
- You organise patient appointments and accompany the planning from registration to hospital admission.
- Contact person for internal and external referrers and cooperation partners
- You contribute your own ideas and actively help shape the further development of our workflows and processes.
