The Les Castors Foundation works towards optimal inclusion of people with disabilities within society. Our mission is to support these individuals with a tailored educational project in an empowering environment. Through its establishments, more than 280 people are welcomed each day, at their place of residence and/or workplace. To achieve this, we rely on multidisciplinary teams providing quality support, guided by fundamental values such as humanism, kindness, tolerance, and respect.
Do you enjoy supporting people with special needs? To strengthen our team specialised in moderate to severe intellectual disability, multiple disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders within the Les Fontenattes Home, in Boncourt, we are looking for:
Several ASE educators between 50 and 80%
Your educational mission
Provide personalised and adapted support to beneficiaries by implementing the individualised project, complying with the "institutional project" and the directives contained in the organisational regulations;
Ensure the safety and comfort of beneficiaries, fostering an atmosphere of openness and respect aimed at creating a pleasant environment and offering each beneficiary an optimal quality of life;
Stimulate awakening, discovery, and progress of each beneficiary while respecting their life rhythm, abilities, and possibilities;
Support beneficiaries in their daily life: assistance with getting up, washing, meals, walking, play, and expression;
Your profile & skills
You hold an ASE Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or an equivalent qualification;
You have recognised professional experience and an interest in the population welcomed at our Home;
You are able to approach behavioural disorders positively and constructively and develop reassuring, secure, and caring support aimed at looking after people in situations of high dependency;
You take initiative and demonstrate creativity, your professional and methodological skills are confirmed by your past experiences, and you integrate easily into a team;
You have good communication skills, appreciate networking, and show adaptability and versatility in facing various situations.
