Project Manager Engineering 80-100%

In our plant engineering team, projects for the conversion and new construction of substations and switching stations of EKT are handled in the medium and high voltage sector. The team is responsible for the planning of switchgear, transformer systems and other technical systems. Within the team, you are responsible for the implementation of sub-projects or as overall project manager for the entire project, always keeping deadlines, costs and quality under control.

Your main tasks include:

• Financial, qualitative, scheduling and technical responsibility for the projects
• Planning of systems taking into account operational requirements, existing concepts as well as applicable standards and guidelines
• Device and system selection, preparation of technical specifications, tenders, assembly supervision, functional testing and commissioning
• Creation of electrical schematics with EPLAN
• Participation in working groups to help shape technical standards and concepts

You have experience in project management and possess a basic electrical engineering education with further training as a FH electrical engineer, HF electrical technician or have another interesting career path that qualifies you for these tasks. The energy supply sector is experiencing strong digitalisation. Therefore, you have an affinity for networked systems and IT, are always up to date with technology and motivated to apply this knowledge in practice.
