Your tasks- technical advice and support for our customers
- customer master data maintenance and further development of customer relationships and territory development
- active sales in the shop or by phone as well as carrying out promotions
- independent parts identification and complete order processing in SAP
- special procurement and processing of returns and credit notes
- close coordination with the field sales team and other relevant interfaces
- commercial or technical training, preferably also in the workshop area
- ideally experience in the sales of car or commercial vehicle parts and technical understanding
- dynamic, reliable, independent as well as goal- and solution-oriented working style
- service orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
