Health Specialist (EFZ) family-friendly part-time evening position in Hinwil centre

Workload 40 - 50%

✔ have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
✔ enjoy caring for and supporting people individually at home
✔ work independently, responsibly and solution-oriented

✔ enjoy working with different professional groups and external partners
✔ hold a category B driving licence – having your own vehicle is an advantage

Your tasks with us:

✔ care and support of sick, elderly and impaired people in their homes
✔ close cooperation with the case-leading nursing professional and the treatment team
✔ professional implementation and electronic documentation of planned care measures
✔ observation of health status and forwarding of relevant changes
✔ support and guidance of relatives and carers
✔ cooperation with doctors, specialist agencies and other services
✔ respectful representation of the needs and interests of our clients

When do you work with us?
We know how important family and leisure time are. That is why you can work specifically in the evening hours (16:00–21:00) – leaving daytime free for family, school or other commitments.
