Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

You support the Chef de Partie in organising the station as well as in preparing high-quality dishes.
You ensure careful mise en place and a smooth process during service.
You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and safety standards.
You work closely with the kitchen team and actively contribute your ideas.

Qualifications

Completed training as a cook EFZ or a comparable qualification
First professional experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
Independent, careful and quality-conscious working style
Team spirit, resilience and enjoyment of high-quality products
