from January 1, 2026, or by arrangement Together with the skilled workers, you lead two groups with 6-7 sheltered workplaces each regarding their activities in customer gardens, the maintenance of the castle grounds, as well as the care of the vineyards and the production of viticulture products. Your main tasks:
Responsibility and leadership of the work areas "Garden Service" and "Viticulture." You are primarily responsible for the attractiveness and high quality of our viticulture products and services
Practical and agogic support of our employees with support needs Organizational and planning tasks (including offer management) as well as leadership of the agogic staff Productive work in garden service and viticulture Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a landscape gardener EFZ or equivalent training. Preferably with further training as a head gardener Agogic training or willingness for agogic further training Driver's license category B including trailer Resilience, flexibility, assertiveness, and enjoyment of teamwork Motivated, committed, and independent person with a flair for organizational, planning, and administrative tasks and good IT user skills, especially MS Office We offer you:
