Cook DAYTIME OPERATION

The mountain restaurant Kreuzboden is located in the middle of the Saas-Grund ski area and is the contact point for many guests. Our restaurant offers self-service as well as the "Stübli" (service) & an après-ski bar.

As a cook, you are the foundation of the operation. You work in a motivated team and are responsible for a smooth process in the kitchen.

Preparation of the daily mise en place and production in the hot and cold kitchen

Professional preparation of hot and cold dishes

Coordination and smooth cooperation within the team

Control and compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Requirements

Solid training as a cook EFZ or comparable qualification

Passion for the profession

Independent work with high resilience

Team spirit and reliability

Good knowledge of German
