🔧 Your tasks – what to expect
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Responsibility for the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Customer.io)
- Building and maintaining automated, personalized customer journeys throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Ensuring clean collision management and clear campaign and audience prioritization
Customer Journey Design & Process Optimization
- Analysis, conception, and implementation of cross-channel B2B journeys – focusing on customer experience (CX)
- Transforming existing marketing and sales processes into scalable, customer-centric workflows
- Contributing to our overarching contact strategy (email, website, platforms, etc.)
MarTech Stack & Tools
- Further development of our MarTech stack along clear use cases and business goals
- Responsibility for rights and access management as well as system configuration
- Evaluation and introduction of new technologies – with a focus on scalability, integration, and business value
Strategy & Innovation
- Actively shaping our MarTech strategy
- Piloting innovative approaches such as AI-based personalization or journey orchestration engines
- Monitoring current trends and best practices in digital B2B marketing
Website Optimization & Digital Product Management
- Responsibility for the conversion and UX optimization of our B2B website
- Managing the website backlog in close coordination with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Coordinating internal or external developers and agencies
🧠 Your profile – what you bring
Must-haves
- Degree in business informatics (HF/FH) or comparable professional experience in marketing automation and CRM
- Confident handling of tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, or comparable solutions
- Several years of experience in the setup, configuration, and operation of marketing automation platforms and/or CRM systems
- Experience in designing and implementing complex customer journeys in a B2B context
- Understanding of collision management and audience prioritization
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills in German (Swiss German is an advantage)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with journey orchestration engines, CDPs, or real-time personalization
- Knowledge in AI/ML applications for lifecycle personalization
- Basic knowledge in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data or web automation
- Knowledge in HTML, Liquid, or HubL or in web development
