You are responsible for the comprehensive management of our grinding machine projects – from order to assembly to final acceptance. You coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and quality requirements. At the same time, you act as the central link between international project managers, development, and customer service to successfully and efficiently complete projects.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive project management of grinding machines including delivery and final acceptance
Control and coordination of decentralised and interdisciplinary teams
Ensuring cost control, adherence to deadlines, and quality standards
Function as interface between regional project managers and customer-specific design
Support in the introduction of new processes and optimisation initiatives
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training, ideally supplemented by a technical or commercial further education (HF/FH)
Several years of professional experience in industry
Sound technical understanding
Good English skills spoken and written
Flexible, committed and team-oriented personality
Structured, independent working style
Business fluent German skills
