Urgently, to join a renowned centre for support and care of children with multiple disabilities, we are looking for a long-term assignment:

Social and Educational Assistant 60%

You will join a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the following tasks:

  • - Supporting beneficiaries with daily living activities and specific interventions related to their personalised care plan.
  • - Collaborating with care and housekeeping teams to ensure coherent and compassionate care.
  • - Participating in and/or organising various activities and proposing new initiatives.
  • - Enhancing the autonomy and integration of beneficiaries.

    • Your profile:

    - Holding a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a social and educational assistant or an equivalent qualification (SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas).

    - Experience in a similar role is an advantage.

    - Kindness and empathy towards residents.

    - Rigour and adherence to protocols.

    - Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various professionals within the institution.

    - Responsiveness and adaptability to unforeseen situations.

    The position is available from 24 August 2026.
