You prefer sitting at a table with people rather than in front of a product catalogue. You want to know how someone lives, what they plan, and what keeps them awake at night before you talk about solutions. And you want to stand by what you recommend.
That’s exactly how we work. FINA is an independent, FINMA-regulated financial planning company with eight locations and clients throughout Switzerland. We own ourselves. That means: no corporate directives and no sales quotas for specific products.

Your daily routine
– You conduct advisory meetings independently from the initial assessment to implementation.
– You actively build your client base in Zurich and additionally use our client inquiries. Recommendations arise because people like to talk about you.
– You manage the existing client base, use referrals, and openly approach new contacts.
– You combine pension provision, taxes, investment, mortgage financing, insurance, and law into a coherent plan.
– You contribute to the development of the location. Those with ideas are heard here.

What you bring with you
– Qualification as a certified financial advisor IAF (ideally financial planner with a federal diploma) or on the way there
– Registration in the FINMA and VBV registers
– Solid advisory experience and a confident, reliable manner
– Genuine enjoyment of people: You listen, ask questions, and sense what is unspoken
– High quality standards: A thorough plan is more important to you than a quick deal
– Strong execution skills: Instead of just waiting for client inquiries, you also take initiative
– Fluent German or Swiss German, additional languages are a plus

This is not for you if
– You prefer processing files rather than being in direct contact with clients
– You wait for instructions instead of acting on your own initiative
– You see advising purely as quick product sales
