IHRE AUFGABEN

Acquisition, sale, and search of investment properties with a strong focus on investment properties across Switzerland

Provide support to the Geneva-based team in executing transaction processes from the Zurich office

Creation of pitches, contracts, and sales documentations

Project management across entire real estate project cycle

Market, location analysis of properties and property portfolios

Advice and consult on project developments for real estate

Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Julius Baer

Expansion and maintenance of client relationships as well as participation in trade fairs and client events

Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE as well as Julius Baer
IHR PROFIL

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, architecture, engineering, or a related field

2–5 years of professional experience in real estate brokerage and transaction management

Effective networker with an established professional network in the real estate industry

Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking in a connected, holistic manner

Excellent team player, highly committed, and flexible

Fluent in German with excellent command of French and English
