Program Manager - CMS/DCM Development & Deployment

Are you a Digital CMS/DCM Development & Deployment Manager with demonstrated proficiency in setting up and optimizing CMS/DCM platforms designed for brick-and-mortar stores, enabling efficient product catalog management, in-store promotions, and customer engagement? Do you have extensive knowledge of POS hardware components specific to physical retail ?

Your role will be to implement and program a new marketing tool in the Clients physical retail outlets.

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:

• Demonstrated proficiency in setting up and optimizing CMS/DCM platforms designed for brick-and-mortar stores, enabling efficient product catalog management, in-store promotions, and customer engagement.
• Extensive knowledge of POS hardware components specific to physical retail, such as point-of-sale terminals, barcode scanners, and customer display units, ensuring seamless integration with the CMS for streamlined checkout processes
• Strong understanding of connectivity solutions that enhance the in-store experience, like digital signage, WiFi networks, and mobile app integrations, to provide real-time product information, personalized offers, and interactive shopping experiences for customers on-site
• Skillful in customizing CMS templates and plugins tailored for physical retail environments, optimizing them to showcase product displays, highlight promotions, and capture customer feedback to enhance the in-store shopping journey
• Digital product knowedge: MagicInfo, AWS, Samsung digital screens
• Fluent in both English and French
