Production Employee Electronics (a) (SMT)

About the job

• You operate, monitor and set up our modern SMT placement lines including printers, placement machines and reflow soldering systems, ensuring reliable production operation.
• You carry out material changes and feeder setups and ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
• You perform quality, first article and process inspections, document relevant production and quality data, and ensure compliance with our high quality standards.
• You independently resolve minor equipment malfunctions and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes as well as the implementation of the 5S principles.

• You bring technical understanding and interest in machines, equipment and manufacturing processes, ideally complemented by experience in electronics manufacturing.
• You work carefully, reliably and with quality awareness and take responsibility for your work results.
• You recognise irregularities early, keep an overview even during ongoing processes and act in a solution-oriented manner.
• You are willing to work shifts and bring the necessary flexibility for everyday production.
