What you can do
- Develop, maintain and manage reporting, dashboards and other BI solutions using Power BI
- Understand and translate business needs and requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions
- Design and develop the appropriate data models meeting the business requirements and optimizing scalability and performance
- Contribute with the architects and engineers into shaping the Business Intelligence landscape and its capabilities towards a self-service BI
- Provide training and assistance to internal business customers on the professional use and adoption of Power BI
What you have to offer
- Bachelor's degree in business informatics or equivalent education in the IT field
- At least 5 years proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst
- Proficient in developing on Power BI ecosystem such Power BI Service and DAX
- Proficient in building and optimizing tabular models for efficient Power BI and Analysis Services development
- Familiar with M (Power Query) for data transformation within the Power BI environment
- Good knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation and integration across the BI pipeline
- Strong programming skills in SQL and good understanding of different modelling techniques
- Eager to expand knowledge and continuously learn new tools and technologies in the data modeling and BI ecosystem
- Strong analytical and conceptional skills for translating data into informative visuals and reports
- Basic know-how with MS Fabric and transformation with dbt advantageous
- Very good English skills and at least a good understanding of German or French
