Task

How you advance KPMG

• Support the Head of Audit Marketing in planning, implementing, and further developing marketing activities for Audit and ESG.


• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns – from strategic idea and planning through to implementation, success measurement, and optimisation.


• Advise and support internal stakeholders in selecting appropriate marketing measures and independently manage defined projects and tasks.


• Plan and execute physical and digital client events – from exclusive roundtables to larger specialist events.


• Create, edit, and publish target group-oriented content for newsletters, websites, social media, publications, and other communication channels in German and English, optimising them according to SEO and GEO principles.


• Participate in publishing projects such as publications, brochures, and studies according to CI/CD guidelines and coordinate external agencies as well as internal departments.


• Use CRM, email marketing, and publishing tools for targeted planning, distribution, analysis, and success measurement of marketing measures and campaigns.

• University degree with a focus on marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification.


• Initial relevant professional experience in marketing, ideally 1–2 years, with first practical experience in implementing marketing measures and campaigns.


• Experience in coordinating various tasks and projects as well as in planning and executing physical and digital client events.


• Knowledge in creating content for websites, newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.


• Enjoy working with external agencies and an interest in video and content formats.


• Very good knowledge of digital tools and MS Office; knowledge of CRM, email marketing, generative AI, SEO/GEO, and design tools is an advantage.


• Confident German and English skills as well as a good sense for branding, design, and target group-oriented communication.


• Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as a team-oriented and motivated personality with pleasure in taking responsibility for own tasks.
