• 08:00 🚗 You start with your company car. Your first appointment takes you to Kriens – to a client after a stroke. Today it’s about language comprehension, word finding and communicating safely again in everyday conversations. 🗣️
• You already know the client and what you are working on this week.
• 08:15 🏠🗣️ Living room instead of therapy room. The newspaper lies on the table, the daughter sits next to him. You use exactly this everyday situation for therapy.
• You observe where communication is still difficult, adapt the exercises and show the daughter how she can support her father in everyday life. 👨 👩 👧
• 09:45 🚗📞 Short drive to Lucerne. On the way you phone the occupational therapist – you both care for the same client. You discuss together how communication in everyday life can be made easier and which aids are useful.
• Communication folder, picture material or other support? The solution is created together. 🤝
• 10:15 🍽️ Second appointment: swallowing assessment after hospital discharge.
• You observe an everyday situation at breakfast, assess the swallowing behaviour and discuss with the relative what to watch out for when eating and drinking. 🥣
• You later create the report for the health insurance or referring doctor easily and digitally.
• 12:30 ☕ Lunch break – you decide where. No meeting room, no fixed break room.
• 13:30 to 16:30 🏠🗣️🍽️🧠 Three more appointments in Emmen, Ebikon and Horw.
• Aphasia. Dysarthria. Swallowing disorders. Cognitive communication.
• You train language, speech and swallowing not in isolation, but where these skills are needed in everyday life.
• At 17:00 🚗 You are finished. No evening appointments, no night duty.

• 🏠 Mobile speech therapy for adult clients at home – where communication and eating actually take place
• 🗣️ Language and speech therapy after stroke, neurological diseases or other acquired disorders
• 🧠 Therapy for aphasia, dysarthria and cognitive-communication impairments
• 🍽️ Assessment and therapy of swallowing disorders in real everyday life
• 👨 👩 👧 Guiding relatives and providing them with concrete strategies for communication and everyday life
• 🤝 Interdisciplinary collaboration with physiotherapy, occupational therapy and nursing for the same client
• 📱 Reports for disability insurance, health insurers and referring doctors – digital and uncomplicated on the go

• 🎓 Diploma as a speech therapist or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
• 🚗 Driving licence category B – you travel daily between your appointments. Company car including private use will be provided from day 1.
• 🧑 ⚕️ Experience with adults – ideally in neurology, geriatrics or swallowing disorders
• 💪 Enjoyment of independent work – you decide on site what your client currently needs. The team is available by phone.
• 📍 Local knowledge of Lucerne and surroundings is an advantage – you move between city, neighbourhood, village and sometimes old building staircases.
• 🏠 You don’t need your own therapy room. Your workplace is where your clients live.
