Your main responsibilities:
- Perform running-in, thickness setting, and finishing operations on parts intended for polished block
- Carry out washing and packaging of parts after treatment
- Ensure aesthetic and visual inspection of parts after treatment
- Perform dimensional checks of parts after treatment
- Conduct first-level maintenance of machines and report any anomalies
- Report internal non-conformities according to current procedures
- Carry out stacking of parts for polished block
- Perform bonding of parts necessary for treatment operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure parts compliance
- Follow safety instructions, quality procedures, and production standards


What we are looking for:
- Initial experience in polished block, surface treatment, or watchmaking finishing is an asset
- Comfortable with tasks requiring precision, meticulousness, and dexterity
- Good observational skills and sensitivity to aesthetic quality criteria
- Able to perform dimensional checks rigorously
- Good basics in reading technical drawings
- Careful, autonomous, and organised individual
- Enjoy working in a team and able to communicate any anomalies or difficulties encountered
- Motivated to learn and develop skills in a demanding environment
