Head of Quality Management Senevita Group 60-100% (m/f/d)
The role is designed as a staff position, part of the management team, and reports directly to the CEO.
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for quality management at group level as well as strategic development for the inpatient facilities and the home care organisations of Senevita Casa
- Definition and implementation of a group-wide quality strategy and ensuring its sustainable execution
- Development and management of a uniform process landscape across all locations and ensuring efficient and effective workflows
- Responsibility for compliance with regulatory and cantonal requirements and ensuring quality assurance throughout the company
- Professional and personnel leadership of the quality management department and targeted development of the team
- Establishment of an effective key performance indicator and reporting system and its continuous development
- Planning and management of audits and other quality assurance measures and deriving concrete improvement initiatives
- Leading group-wide projects in the area of quality and processes and actively developing the organisation
- Ensuring a consistent and practical documentation and policy landscape
- Close collaboration with the CEO, executive management, and the leaders of the facilities and locations, positioning quality management as a central control area
- Promoting a lived quality culture throughout the organisation
What You Bring
- A qualification in healthcare, quality management, or business administration at HF/FH or university level
- Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in long-term care or home care
- Experience in leading teams and managing decentralised structures
- Sound knowledge of process management and the development and control of quality indicators
- Experience dealing with regulatory requirements in healthcare
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and enthusiasm for further developing structures and driving change
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with assertiveness and high social competence
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
