Real Estate Financing Solutions is the Zurich-based centre of expertise for mortgages and real estate financing and is centrally responsible for this area across the entire Private Clients Unit. The mortgage business is an integral part of the bank's holistic advisory approach for wealthy private clients and complements the existing investment and wealth management offering.As Head of Real Estate Financing Solutions, you have a significant influence on the development and further advancement of Financing Advisory & Structuring. Additionally, you support client advisors in advising wealthy private clients on all matters relating to mortgages and real estate financing. You develop financing solutions, advise on mortgage strategies and pricing issues, structure complex financings, and ensure that high-quality and creditworthy applications and dossiers are handed over to credit management. You also ensure that your team works efficiently and effectively with the client advisors and makes appropriate prioritisation.
You make a substantial contribution to advisory quality, customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and the sustainable credit quality of the bank's mortgage portfolio.
