- You analyse complex technical issues and develop suitable solutions for demanding customer environments.
- You accompany network and security projects from technical evaluation through conception to implementation and commissioning.
- You advise partners on the use of various solutions from a broad IT security portfolio.
- You conduct technical product presentations, workshops and training sessions, conveying complex content clearly and practically.
- You work closely on a technical level with international technology manufacturers and clarify demanding technical questions directly with their specialists.
- You engage intensively with technologies in the areas of firewalling, routing & switching, WLAN, email security and endpoint security.
- You systematically analyse error patterns, identify causes and support partners in sustainable resolution.
- Subsequent further training in IT security and/or IT network
- Several years of practical experience in system engineering with a focus on network and IT security
- Sound knowledge in several areas such as firewalls, routing & switching, WLAN, email security or endpoint security
- Very good understanding of network architectures, communication protocols and modern security technologies as well as experience in their implementation and fault analysis
- Confident manner in direct contact with customers, IT partners and manufacturers as well as experience with technical presentations, workshops or training sessions
- Fluent German skills at level C2 as well as very good English skills at level B2
- Driving licence category B

Responsibilities
- You support IT partners in pre- and post-sales with technical questions regarding network and cyber security solutions.- You analyse complex technical issues and develop suitable solutions for demanding customer environments.
- You accompany network and security projects from technical evaluation through conception to implementation and commissioning.
- You advise partners on the use of various solutions from a broad IT security portfolio.
- You conduct technical product presentations, workshops and training sessions, conveying complex content clearly and practically.
- You work closely on a technical level with international technology manufacturers and clarify demanding technical questions directly with their specialists.

Profile
- Completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology- Subsequent further training in IT security and/or IT network
- Several years of practical experience in system engineering with a focus on network and IT security
- Sound knowledge in several areas such as firewalls, routing & switching, WLAN, email security or endpoint security
- Very good understanding of network architectures, communication protocols and modern security technologies as well as experience in their implementation and fault analysis
- Confident manner in direct contact with customers, IT partners and manufacturers as well as experience with technical presentations, workshops or training sessions
- Fluent German skills at level C2 as well as very good English skills at level B2
- Driving licence category B
