Together with around 25 colleagues, you will work on analyses, tenders, investment proposals and marketing materials, among other things. The Business Development team is the interface between the areas of Clients, Investment Solutions and Portfolio Management.
OLZ is a quantitative Swiss asset manager with a risk-based and sustainable investment concept. The systematics of our data-driven risk optimisation are state of the art in science and technology. This expertise is what distinguishes us. Our clients are professional investors as well as private clients. We manage equity funds, bond funds, mixed funds and develop customised investment solutions for institutional investors, financial institutions and digital pension/wealth management platforms.
Since its foundation (2001), OLZ has been an independent and partner-led company.
Your profile
Economics student at Master’s level with a focus on Finance at a university or university of applied sciences
Internship in the financial industry is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quantitative methods
Good IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Programming skills are an advantage (VBA, Python)
Good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
Goal-oriented, reliable and independent working style
Confident, pleasant manner and strong communication skills
Team player, resilient and flexible
