What you bring

• Risk assessment, pricing and premium calculations, underwriting risks for daily sickness benefits, accident insurance (LAA) and LAA-C branches
• Preparation of offers and insurance policies
• Analysis of profitability, branch risks and portfolio data
• Conducting medical and technical risk examinations
• Definition of acceptance guidelines, coverages and conditions
• Handling tenders / broker requests
• Definition of premiums and contractual conditions
• Support for complex client solutions
• Contractual amendments and changes
• Implementation of renewal and restructuring measures
• Processing salary declarations and premium statements
• Technical support for brokers
• Participation in client meetings
• Advice on products and underwriting guidelines
• Negotiation of contractual conditions
• Participation in product and process improvements
• Workplace: Lausanne or Lugano

Your profile

• Higher education, preferably in insurance
• Several years of professional experience in personal insurance underwriting (health/accident) for the broker channel
• Good knowledge of social and personal insurance
• Strong analytical and associative thinking skills, high quality awareness
• You have good negotiation skills, are client- and broker-oriented, and can handle pressure and make decisions well
• You are a team player and enjoy working in a team
• You consider interpersonal dynamics and contribute to constructive and goal-oriented collaboration
• You are organised, act proactively and demonstrate confidence and foresight in your actions, determining the right priorities
• Excellent command of IT tools (MS Office, especially Excel, etc.); knowledge of the "Syrius" software is a significant advantage
• Excellent command of the French language, as well as good writing skills; good knowledge of German is desirable
