To strengthen our F&B team with a focus on the brasserie, we are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) 60% by arrangement.

Your mission:

• You independently manage a service station and ensure a professional and smooth service process
• With your warm manner, you delight our guests and create unforgettable experiences in the brasserie
• You competently advise our guests on food and drinks and impress with your hosting talent
• Together with the kitchen, bar and service team, you ensure smooth operations
• You independently carry out preparatory and follow-up tasks and ensure that your work area always meets our quality standards
• You contribute your ideas, continuously develop your professional skills and participate in internal training
• Your shifts are mainly in the à la carte evening service from Monday to Saturday – Sunday is our day off

What scores with you:

• Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist EFZ is a great advantage
• First professional experience in a comparable position
• You demonstrate charm, social skills and an authentic, natural friendliness in dealing with guests, superiors and colleagues
• You are a true host at the front
• You sell wines, spirits and food competently and always with a warm smile
• You always keep an overview and calm even during busy periods
• You gladly take responsibility and have strong communication skills (D/E, F an advantage) as well as an independent working style
• High flexibility and commitment are natural for you
