Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing
Tasks
- Analysis of new parts and determination of the manufacturing strategy
- Programming of machining centres and machine tools
- Independent machining of workpieces on 5-axis machining centres
- Carrying out quality control including documentation of the machined parts
- Manually and using measuring machines
- Timely and quality-compliant processing of customer orders
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or mechatronics technician with professional experience
- Experience in programming, setup and
- operation of 5-axis
- milling/turning centres is an advantage
- Experience in ISO programming (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, NUM) is
- an advantage
- Ideal age between 20 and 50 years
