Your tasks

• You bear overall responsibility for the quality, effectiveness and further development of nursing in the fields of epileptology and neurorehabilitation and ensure patient-oriented, high-quality as well as economical service delivery.
• You develop and implement a future-oriented nursing strategy and advance key topics such as skill-grade mix, modern working and deployment models, as well as the digitalisation of nursing processes.
• Together with your leadership team, you promote a contemporary leadership and team culture, accompany the further development of the nursing department through upcoming change and transformation processes, and strengthen interprofessional collaboration with the medical and therapy departments.
• You consistently develop Klinik Lengg as an innovative training institution at secondary and tertiary levels and are committed to recruiting, developing and retaining qualified professionals.
• As a member of the executive management, you actively shape the strategic further development of the clinic and represent the interests of nursing at the corporate level.

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, supplemented by a MAS in Nursing Management / Nursing Leadership or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in healthcare with proven track record in a comparable leadership role, ideally at the level of nursing directorate or CNO.
• Demonstrable experience in leading change and development processes and enjoyment in successfully guiding organisations and people through transformations.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high implementation competence as well as a strong understanding of business contexts and the efficient use of resources.
• High social competence, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to constructively reconcile different interests.
