Regent Lighting, based in Basel, employs around 600 staff across six countries, is the market leader in Switzerland and one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Europe. Our products are distributed internationally in 35 countries through distribution partners.
Our HR team is responsible for personnel matters for around 400 employees in the Regent companies in Switzerland, Germany, Italy and France and also supports our group company in Serbia. In total, the Regent Group employs around 600 staff. Support us as

Your tasks
- You lead the HR team with two employees and are responsible for all HR matters of the Regent Group in Switzerland and internationally
- You advise and support managers and employees as a business partner in all operational and strategic HR issues as well as in labour law and social security matters
- You are responsible for the Swiss payroll as well as the coordination and control of international payroll runs and quarterly and annual financial statements
- You prepare and manage the annual personnel cost budget of the entire Regent Group and are responsible for implementing the remuneration process
- You are responsible for and handle the entire employee lifecycle as well as absence and case management
- You lead and accompany HR projects and continuously develop our HR processes and systems
Your profile
- You have at least the Swiss Federal HR Certificate and several years of experience in a comparable HR management or senior HR function in an international HR environment
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security, payroll and the handling of annual financial statements
- Experience in managing employees as well as strong social skills, communication skills and assertiveness
- You have impeccable German skills as well as very good English and French skills
- Experience in designing and implementing HR projects as well as in further developing HR processes and systems
- You work independently, in a structured, precise and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with complex issues
- A resilient and entrepreneurial personality with a positive attitude
