Your new tasks
- Consulting, selling, and handling customer inquiries via various channels such as telephone, web chat including video, email, etc.
- Smooth order processing as well as offering our products and services within the scope of customer contact
- Processing mypfister applications and orders
- Additionally, you support the eCommerce team with your input to improve the customer journey
What you bring with you
- You enjoy customer contact
- You enjoy using various digital tools to support our customers
- You like working on different tasks simultaneously and can organize yourself well even in hectic times
- You have good German and French skills, both spoken and written
- You are a team player and bring an extra dose of humor
- You are flexible and also willing to work on Saturdays (home office possible)
- English/Italian skills are an advantage
