Commercial Property Manager with Swiss Federal Certificate (m/f/d)

You independently manage your own portfolio with a focus on commercial properties
You are the central contact person for tenants, craft businesses, authorities and other external partners
You organise and conduct inspections and handovers of rental properties
You prepare rental contracts, contract addenda, service charge statements and real estate-related reports
You plan and coordinate maintenance, repair and renovation work and monitor their implementation
You participate in budgeting processes and year-end closing activities for the managed properties
You support real estate projects and interim uses and take on the associated administration
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate as a Property Manager or a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional experience in property management and sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
You work independently, in a structured and precise manner and convince with a strong service and hands-on mentality
You communicate confidently in German and enjoy working with tenants, technical specialists and external service providers
You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of real estate software such as AbaImmo is an advantage
