Process Analytics is a division within the METTLER TOLEDO Group and a leading provider of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. At our main locations in Urdorf (CH), Billerca (US), Shanghai (CN), we develop and produce high-quality sensors for controlling production processes, which we distribute worldwide through our own market organizations. To support the planning team, we are looking for a highly motivated, assertive, and team-oriented person as a Supply Chain Specialist in Production Planning and Material Management 100% (all genders) at the Urdorf site with immediate effect. In this role, you will undertake the following tasks: You develop, maintain, and optimize SAP work plans for sales materials and semi-finished products to ensure efficient production and logistics processes. You are responsible for the material introduction process and coordinate cross-departmentally with Research & Development, Purchasing, Production, and Quality Assurance. You are responsible for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving supply chain processes and solutions through targeted data analysis. You analyze data on material consumption, inventory levels, delivery times, and production to improve processes, control costs, and identify problems early. You identify opportunities to simplify data management and material introduction procedures to increase supply chain efficiency. Additionally, you ensure that all processes comply with company standards, legal requirements, and quality management systems.
