What is my role?
In this responsible position (80-100%) you can expect the following varied tasks:
Coordination and management of work assignments for your workshop and service team
Receipt and professional handling of repair and service orders
Competent customer advice and technical support
Staff management and team development with a focus on motivation and professional training
Preparation of quotations and administration of workshop orders
Active participation in operational business when required
A position where you both plan strategically and get hands-on
What do I need to be successful?
The following qualifications are desired:
Completed vocational training as a construction, agricultural, motor equipment or commercial vehicle mechanic
Experience in staff management or strong motivation to take responsibility for a team
Confident handling of digital workshop systems and a structured way of working
Assertive personality with entrepreneurial thinking
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
Additional qualifications such as workshop manager training or diagnostic technician certificate are welcome but not mandatory
