Workshop Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this responsible position (80-100%) you can expect the following varied tasks:

Coordination and management of work assignments for your workshop and service team

• Receipt and professional handling of repair and service orders

• Competent customer advice and technical support

• Staff management and team development with a focus on motivation and professional training

• Preparation of quotations and administration of workshop orders

• Active participation in operational business when required

A position where you both plan strategically and get hands-on

What do I need to be successful?

The following qualifications are desired:

Completed vocational training as a construction, agricultural, motor equipment or commercial vehicle mechanic

• Experience in staff management or strong motivation to take responsibility for a team

• Confident handling of digital workshop systems and a structured way of working

• Assertive personality with entrepreneurial thinking

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage

Additional qualifications such as workshop manager training or diagnostic technician certificate are welcome but not mandatory
