We are looking for an industry expert in Baden-Dättwil to join our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals. You will independently manage an interesting retail property portfolio.
Your tasks in detail
- Independent management of an exciting property portfolio
- Representing and advising the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen, including in tenancy law matters
- Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
- Coordinating and implementing leasing activities
- You organize maintenance work and inspect properties for their structural condition
- Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports
- Commercial property management such as creating rental contracts and amendments, cooperation with departments for ancillary costs, property accounting, VAT, etc.
Your profile
- You have a commercial qualification with a real estate management certificate and several years of frontline experience in managing commercial properties
- Experience in managing commercial buildings and/or shopping centers is an advantage
- You convince with confident German and advanced English skills
- As an attentive lateral thinker, you quickly recognize connections and think in networks
