Quality Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Ensuring and further developing quality standards in production

• Conducting internal and external audits as well as implementing VDA standards

• Analysing quality metrics and deriving improvement measures

• Supporting improvement measures until successful implementation

• Training and raising awareness of employees on quality topics

• Communicating with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship or technician training (HF) in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in quality management in production, ideally in the plastics industry

• Valid VDA auditor certificate (e.g. VDA 6.3) or comparable qualification

• Sound knowledge of quality management methods and tools (e.g. FMEA, 8D, SPC)

• Experience with standards such as ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards

• Analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous

• Independent and proactive personality with team spirit

• Willingness for continuous further training
