Maintenance Automation Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 80,000Role:
As a Maintenance Automation Technician / Industrial Electrician, you ensure the technical availability of our production facilities. You troubleshoot faults, carry out maintenance and repair work, and actively contribute to the further development and optimisation of our systems and technical equipment. Additionally, you support production staff and take responsibility in technical projects.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and resolve faults in machines and production systems
Ensure availability, operational safety, and reliability of the systems
Perform maintenance and repair work
Continuous improvement and technical optimisation of production systems
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation
Train and support production staff with technical queries
Further development of electronic, pneumatic, and technical systems
Perform tasks as a Industrial Electrician
Participate in and partly lead conversion, expansion, and optimisation projects
Deputise for the Head of Technology
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Automation Technician EFZ or comparable electrotechnical qualification
Several years of professional experience in machine and system maintenance
Good knowledge of electrical installations
Experience with PLC controls, preferably Siemens S7
Further training in control or automation technology is an advantage
Good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and drive technology
Networked thinking as well as independent, systematic, and precise working style
Assertiveness, flexibility, and strong team skills
