What is my role?

• 2nd level support for system partners

• Ensure operation and availability of the access cloud

• Commissioning and maintenance (on-site/remote)

• Quotation preparation and project collaboration

• Development of training systems

What do I need to be successful?

• Electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training with IT affinity

• Experience in support and system administration

• Know-how in Linux and cloud systems

• Knowledge of server and network infrastructure

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented

• Independent, flexible working style

• Very good German language skills
