IT Application & Integration Specialist (m/f/d)

You ensure that business applications, processes, and interfaces work together reliably. You act as a link between departments, users, customers, and technical partners and continuously develop existing solutions.
Responsibilities:
You manage various business applications and ensure their reliable operation and high availability.
You analyse business processes, identify optimisation potentials, and accompany their technical implementation.
You are responsible for managing an EDI and integration platform and coordinate electronic data exchange with customers and partners.
You analyse errors and malfunctions, handle support requests, and coordinate cooperation with software manufacturers and integration partners if necessary.
You support interface projects, system integrations, and the further development of ERP-related solutions.
You train users, create clear instructions, and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.
You participate in smaller IT projects, automations, and administrative tasks and support the team in further developing the services.
Qualifications:
Education or further training in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable technical or commercial qualification.
Experience in application management, IT support, or implementation of IT projects.
Good knowledge of an ERP solution such as SAP and confident handling of Microsoft 365.
Practical experience with EDI, API integrations, or comparable data exchange and interface technologies.
Analytical thinking and enjoyment in understanding the causes of problems and developing sustainable solutions.
Strong service orientation and enjoyment in direct exchange with internal and external contacts.
Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are welcome.
