The Electrical Energy Directorate operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energies and ensures electricity supply under the best conditions.

Mission :

• Reporting to the head of the Hydraulic Operations department, you manage large-scale hydroelectric development projects.
• You lead multidisciplinary projects for the renewal of power plants and production equipment, during the study, implementation and commissioning phases.
• You establish and optimise their planning by coordinating economic, regulatory, social and environmental aspects.
• You lead teams of internal and external experts to the company.
• You ensure the achievement of objectives set in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.

Profile :

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the operation or construction of electrical production equipment
• In-depth knowledge of the operation of hydroelectric facilities
• Recognised leadership, with the ability to unite experts with varied profiles, create commitment around a common vision and advance projects in a complex environment.
• Experience in managing major multidisciplinary projects in the field of hydraulic production or electrical energy
• Sense of responsibility and teamwork, conceptual mindset, good communication and writing skills.
• Fluency in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language and English.
